1. Products & Product Information

Product availability may change at any time. XoKollections reserves the right to correct errors, update product information, or discontinue products without prior notice.
2. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
Orders are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
XoKollections reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order when necessary, including in cases of suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, product availability issues, or other circumstances that may affect the fulfillment of an order.
3. Customized Products
For customized products, including junk cases, customers are responsible for providing accurate customization information at checkout.
Please carefully review names, initials, spelling, colors, and other customization details before submitting your order.
Customized products are made according to the information provided by the customer and are not eligible for returns or exchanges unless there is an error on the part of XoKollections.
4. Digital Products & Vendor Lists
Digital products, including vendor lists, are delivered electronically.
Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded electronically, digital products and vendor lists are non-refundable and non-returnable once the file has been delivered or accessed.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at checkout is accurate and accessible.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, shipping carrier, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside of our control.
Once an order has been shipped, delays caused by the shipping carrier are outside of XoKollections’ control.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. XoKollections is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Prices are subject to change at any time without prior notice.
XoKollections reserves the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders affected by an obvious pricing mistake.
Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be added to the order at checkout.
